A. Our main focus is caring for your child, so housework is generally not included.
However, simple tasks such as heating food in the microwave are absolutely fine.

Q. We have a pet at home. Is that okay?

A. Yes, that is absolutely fine 😊
For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that pets stay in a separate room or in a cage during the babysitting time.

Q. How much is the transportation fee?

A. Transportation fees depend on the babysitter’s location.
We always try our best to arrange a babysitter who lives as close as possible to your home to keep the cost reasonable.

Q. Can you provide babysitting if my child has a fever?

A. We’re very sorry, but for health and safety reasons, we are unable to provide care if your child or any family member has a fever or an infectious illness.

Q. Can you give medication to my child?

A. Yes, we can.
We simply ask you to inform us in advance and complete a medication consent form. We will follow your written instructions carefully.

Q. Can we use a baby monitor during nap time?

A. For safety reasons, our babysitters regularly check your child’s breathing during nap time.
Because of this, baby monitors are not used during our care.
